Good news at last.

Though by "colder," they seem to mean 88 instead of 98. But hey, I'll take it. My power bill was $241 this month.

So water + electric for us was $378. Ugh.

A few years ago, though, we were regularly having $300 + electricity bills. This landlord put in a heat pump, which has lowered electricity costs significantly.; 1:28 PM

delagar said...: Nah, we don't water the lawn (who could afford to!) -- that's how much water costs here. I think it has to do with mismangement by the city, since water elsewhere in Arkansas is nowhere near that pricey.; 3:49 PM
