With all the hurdles that the apartment complex put everyone through to get a lease, I am amazed that they allow pets.
Oddly enough, it's a very pet-friendly complex. That's one reason the kid wanted to live there -- he and boyfriend have long wanted a cat.
Did the kitten's birth parents have to provide any background information?
Hm, I don't know. I know the kid and his boyfriend had to provide a lot of information. They adopted from a local shelter/foster parent.
