Our school is lifting the mask mandate. We've already been f2f for the past three semesters. Never had a vaccine mandate. (Some of my students -- not many, but some -- brag about not getting the vaccine.)
Now no masks required, though my chancellor assures us we can wear the masks, if we like.

I told my students that it's probably pretty safe in our county nowish (we've been in the single digits for new cases and the positivity rate is well under 10%, and it's been a couple weeks since my kids or I have been knowingly exposed), but that we're probably going to be awash in Omicron 1b about a week after Spring Break. So enjoy it now.
I'm still going masked and my kids are going masked. I don't think much will change where I am because it's been masks optional all year. And I still have parents of little kids who can't get vaccinated in my classes and our department secretary's husband will still likely die if he gets covid.
I'm still masked, and so are all of my students.
Although I am vaccinated (with the booster) with no immune system issues, I still wear a mask in solidarity for those who need to wear masks.
