It was nineteen degrees here when I took the dog to the dog park at dawn. There were ducks on the duck pond and the dog, despite the literally freezing temperature leapt into the pond after them. (They flapped away honking in a very satisfactory manner.)

It's like you have my midwestern in-laws' weather now instead of ours! They had that 70 to 16 drop the other day. (Our cats still think it's freezing on the patio, but technically it is not.)
My dog likes the cold but the cats are searching for patches of sun to lie in.
