My teeth have been removed. I am in considerable pain, but unable to use pain medication at the moment because I have to drive.

Hopefully, you're feeling a better by now--when I had this, I was told to alternate between Tylenol and ibuprofen--I don't remember the exact dosages, but it actually worked pretty well if you stay on top of it.

Thanks, Athena! And yes, the nurse says to alternate Tylenol and ibuprofen. I'm also eating lots of ice cream.
