As a writer myself, I have to feel a little sad for the people in the comments who couldn't distinguish between religious blasphemy and literary blasphemy. That said, I don't feel anywhere near as offended by the Narnia toys as by the LOTR ones. Probably because Narnia, in my mind, has always been something geared toward children. (My kids and I are reading The Silver Chair right now -- their first time through the Chronicles.)
