Please don't even think about quitting - not with all the suffering you have been through already. The knee and shoulder PT my wife went through after her fall was pure hell, but IT DOES GET BETTER (eventually).
Let me tell you, since I was a wee tyke, PT has been a part of my life. But, I must admit, the older I get, the more I hate it. You must stick it out. They know what your joint needs and will give it that to make it better. Hey, take a "tylenol".

I wanted to quit, for reals quit, on day one. My mother drug me back for the second session, and the third. After a while, it gets better.
You should seen what they did for my knees.

Hang in there!

I'm not really quitting, don't worry! I just hate PT days. Zelda, tnx for the Tylenol, btw. It's really helping!
I'm more an advil person; I think it does more for irritated muscles and stuff. (Non-scientifically tested during years of cramps.)
Take care.
I completely understand your exaggerations. I am one of your kind! It's really just venting...mostly. Poor thing!
