When you're at the screen where you write your post, you can see (well, if yours looks like mine) a row of little graphic interface things. One is the chain-thing graphic to make an internet link. To the right of that is a little picture. Click that and it will take you to a screen where you can paste a url or load a picture. It also gives you an option about size and another about position.
It's pretty easy or I never would have figured it out.
