The gym we joined has a sauna. But really, who needs a sauna when they live in Arkansas? It's 100 degrees here today and a humidity of 65%. I can just go stand in the yard.

I thought I had a dissertation defense today in another building and I walked there only to realize it wasn't today at all (the *week* of the 13th). I realized as soon as I got there and double-checked the email for the room number. OMG, I was drenched with sweat when I got back. Even my knees looked like I just got out of a pool. And I have to go back later this week!
